Mr. Funkhouser was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended Dennison University in Granville, Ohio and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Upon graduating from Dennison, Mr. Funkhouser attended Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he focused his studies on business/corporate law. During law school, Mr. Funkhouser interned full-time for the City of Lorain, Ohio law department, appearing in court on a daily basis on behalf of the City.

In addition to receiving his Juris Doctorate degree, in 2012 Mr. Funkhouser also received a Master's in Business Administration from Cleveland State University where he was selected as a member of the international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma.

After graduating, Mr. Funkhouser commenced his legal career in Ohio, focusing his practice on civil litigation, real estate transactions, construction and business law. In 2016, he joined our firm where he continues to deliver quality representation to his clients in Arizona, Texas and Ohio.
