A native Arizonan, Mr. Suffecool was born and raised in Tucson. He attended the Honor's College at the University of Arizona and received his Bachelor's Degree in English Literature in 2001. He then moved to Tempe, Arizona to attend the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate degee in 2005. During his law school tenure, Mr. Suffecool was named a Pedrick Scholar and placed 3rd overall in the Mary Moers Wenig National Writing Competition. He also received the Cali Award of Excellence for achieving the highest grade in Law & Literature.
In 2004, Mr. Suffecool served as an extern to the Honorable Robert Broomfield and Mary Murguia of the United States District Court of Arizona. He has also been involved in the pro bono Family Lawyers Assistance Project and Homeless Legal Assistance Project.
Mr. Suffecool joined The Davidson Law Firm in 2009 after gaining significant experience in the fields of insurance law and commercial litigation with a major international law firm based in Washington, D.C. He currently practices in the areas of insurance law, construction law, construction defect litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Suffecool also serves as a mediator and arbitrator for USA Mediate, which provides mediation and arbitration services in Arizona, Colorado and Maryland.
